Unless expressly included in any other agreement between ORISSA GROUP and you, you agree that the requirements of the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) as implemented are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law with respect to your access to and use of the Web Site.

You agree that all proprietary rights in the information contained on the Web Site are and shall remain the property of ORISSA GROUP.
